Guidance on auditing third-party cookies

Since the Information Commissioner’s Office issued their guidance on cookies in July 2019, many of the templates, processes, and procedures that used to be common practice are now unlawful.

The new guidance by the DMA’s Privacy Working Group, will help UK businesses clarify their cookie policy and assist the auditing process, including third-party cookies. The guide covers:
